Dave Green: Founder and Director.
Dave has worked as a decorator all of his life. Training for his City and Guilds and working for Hinkins and Frewin and then managing the decorating team at Bloxham School. Dave decided to set up his own company in 2000. In his spare time Dave loves seeing his 10 Grandchildren, his two dogs Thor and Skye, coaching at the Boxing Club and spending time reading at his calypso bar! Dave is a Leeds fan - but don’t hold that against him!

Jess Green: Director
Jess is a mum of 2 and a bit of a geek. Jess left her corporate career to help run and grow the family business. She has a background in process improvement and Marketing. Jess looks after everything that isn't decorating and keeps Dave in check. You certainly wouldn't want her painting your house!
In her spare time Jess enjoys reading, playing DnD, gaming and working out on her Peloton. She supports Leicester City.

Tom Green: Senior Foreman
Tom is our senior foreman and Dave's right hand man. He joined Dave in 2007 and along with Jess is passionate about growing the business. He is a married Dad of 4 boys. In his spare time Tom enjoys playing golf, DIY projects, going to the races and spending time with his family. He is a Manchester United supporter.

Justin has been with DGD since 2015. Outside of work Justin is a great cinema buff, dedicated Star Trek fan, loves bowling (played for the Midlands and Oxfordshire also represented England in 2010 and 2011 in the USBC in Las Vegas). Loves anything si-fi and hopes to meet an alien one day.
Kyle has been with DGD since 2014. He enjoys playing football at the weekends and he’s a Tottenham supporter.
Mark joined us in 2020 as an employee but we have used him as a subcontractor for years. He is a married father of 2. Enjoys playing golf, movies and loves a beer or two. He’s a Liverpool fan.
John joined us in June 2021 after moving to the area from Weston Super Mare and start a new career. He loves spending time with family and friends and enjoys swimming and cycling. He’s a Liverpool fan.
